Situated right near the car lot and close to the competition spaces, this little house serves as both storage for excess equipment, a groundskeepers shed, and extra feed storage. Due to the fact that things are stacked so high, the windows are largely blocked, giving the area a dusky, dark feeling. Some things have been stored in here for decades. Who knows what you'll find?

For those who don't live on site (and even those who do) this space is for one thing and one thing only. Relaxation. There's a small kitchen, seating area with a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. A large bookshelf lines the back wall full of information books. Typically there's a few pieces of tack and gear cleaner laying around... some people just never know how to clean up.

Long, winding trails go beyond the western edge of the stable complex. It's shorted trail is just over a mile, with the longest winding for 10. Most of the trails traverse hilled forests, rolling meadows, and around the edge of a small lake. Be careful out there, the wilderness can be unchecked.

Skirting around the edges of the town, these public trails branch off of the town park. Most of them are easy rides and are often populated with other local riders. The real attraction here is the cliff side view of the adjacent valley, just don't get too close to the edge, there's no fencing here!

Set along Main Street, this little strip of stores is the heart of the town. Sadly, anything not found here, usually has to be shipped in. We never said there weren't drawbacks to living in a small town!

Typically a bustling bar and grill, it's always a popular place for a quick bite to eat, or something a little stronger in the evening hours past 10 when the youth aren't allowed in. Sometimes getting a little rowdy, everyone tries to keep everyone else out of trouble, but it doesn't always work. It's old polished oak bar has seen more than one...incident.

Three, four story apartment building sit on the outskirts of town, ringed by pleasent little flower gardens. Athough it's evident that the building have been there for quite some time, they're quite well taken care of, and their apartments range from affordable to luxury. A small swimming pool sits behind building number two, and there is both a gym and on site laundry facilities. Please check with the housing boards for availability and pet restrictions!

While the veterinary crew does make house calls to the stables, their building is open to all manner of critters from domestic to exotic. It is located just off Main Street and it's parking lot is typically busy as everyone sees them, unless they have a vet at their stable.

Housing all manner of public works buildings, the town clerk, police, post, and even the fire company are located in a large, old building just off the park. It's parking lot is often used as overflow for trailers from the park, though no one seems to mind too much.

A quiet place, the park was first built in the late 40s. While the pavilions still stand from that time, the play equipment and dog park have since been updated. Largely shaded by trees, the area is a great place to relax or go on a nice trail ride. In the winter, the trails are also used for snowmobiling, and ice rink is made in one of the fields.

The overall name given to the local stadium, the area was built in the 70s to accommodate the ever growing EQ population. Both used as public training areas and high brow competition spaces, the area plays host to two 1 and 1/8 mile tracks (one indoor, one outdoor), a large indoor arena, and 300 acres beyond often used for varying other sports. It has two 12 stall stables used to hold horses during the day, but does not offer boarding facilities.

Cal's crude attempt at a map...
